The Challenge

Despite decades of experience and strong word-of-mouth, Encore Roofing’s digital presence wasn’t generating the lead volume their reputation deserved. Their website lacked SEO structure, their Google Business Profile wasn’t optimized for local search, and they had no system for capturing or following up with online inquiries. In a competitive Utah roofing market, they were invisible to homeowners searching online.

What We Built

DLA built a complete growth infrastructure for Encore Roofing: a redesigned, SEO-optimized website on GoHighLevel with CRM integration, local SEO strategy targeting service-area keywords across multiple Utah counties, Google Business Profile optimization, ongoing content publishing and backlink development, and automated lead follow-up workflows. RentingSXM needed to stand out in the crowded St. Maarten vacation rental market dominated by platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and established luxury villa agencies. They wanted a direct-booking presence that could compete with these platforms, showcase multiple service lines (rentals, excursions, beach gear, UTV rentals) under one brand, and convert visitors who were used to booking through major third-party platforms.

What We Built

DLA built RentingSXM’s complete digital brand and web presence from the ground up: a custom website showcasing vacation rentals with direct booking capability, separate service pages for excursions, beach gear delivery, and UTV rentals, brand identity and positioning that differentiates from generic listing platforms, and a site structure designed to capture organic search traffic from travelers researching St. Maarten vacations. This was DLA’s first international client engagement, demonstrating the agency’s ability to serve businesses beyond the U.S. market.

The Results

RentingSXM now operates as an independent brand with a professional web presence competing directly in the St. Maarten market. The site showcases multiple revenue streams under one cohesive brand, and the business continues to grow its direct booking channel independent of third-party platforms.
