Billing & Refunds
All custom projects require a deposit
Remaining balance due Net 30 unless otherwise stated
No refunds on custom or time-based work
Cancelled projects are still billed for completed phases
Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate services due to non-payment, misuse, or breach of terms
Client may terminate at any time with written notice and payment of completed work
